Join us on June 29th for a fun progressive cocktail chat; raise a toast and some film funds for fellow NYC Kucitizen Sharyn Chen’s powerful short film called “Collision”. There will be a screening of Sharyn’s work and some indie-film power brokering. [BTW … the bar’s happy hour is from 7pm to 9pm.] This “Collision” event is free. Suggested donation is $10. All guests who attend and donate $15 will receive an exclusive VIP pass to Chen’s upcoming, high-profile event.

COLLISION … a sponsored project of IFP/NY, [http://www.ifp.org] is a 30 minute fiction film that illustrates the seemingly random coincidences, or synchronicities, in life that connect strangers through the chance encounters of three troubled characters who live on the streets. COLLISION follows three characters in the course of a chaotic summer day in NYC, which ends in death, redemption and self-awareness.
