On May 11th, Jonathan Tasini will begin a 600-mile ride through our state [NY] to spotlight the damage caused by the Iraq war and spread the message ... Bring the Troops Home Now. In the 16-city, twenty-day voyage, he will talk to people from all walks of life, hearing their stories and seeking their support for an immediate end to the war. He will be gathering signatures on a petition calling on the Democratic State Party Convention to pass a resolution demanding an immediate withdrawal of all U.S. troops from Iraq. The convention meets May 30-31st in Buffalo, Jonathan’s last stop. You can be part of the Ride for Peace. Here are a few things you can do:
